    Marika is a passionate leader, dedicated community advocate, and experienced Realtor of nearly two decades, proudly serving Kelowna and the surrounding areas. As a Director of The Honour Foundation and Jewels of Hope, she is committed to empowering vulnerable individuals through meaningful opportunities, fostering dignity, and creating lasting change.

    Marika is a proud mom of two and deeply values giving back to her community. She runs The Shoebox Project for Women, helping provide gifts and support to women in need. Her dedication to service has earned her recognition as a Top 40 Under 40 recipient from the Chamber of Commerce.

    Marika is a lifelong learner, holding a BA in Communications from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Life and Business Coach, using her expertise to uplift and inspire others. Whether in real estate, philanthropy, or mentorship, she is committed to making a meaningful impact - one connection at a time.

    Stephanie Boyle

    Director Of Operations

    Stephanie is a passionate advocate for community service, dedicating her time and expertise to organizations that uplift individuals and animals in need. As Operations Manager for Jewels of Hope Okanagan, she oversees the retail side of the charity, managing market spaces and retail partnerships where the bracelets—crafted by low-income and unhoused individuals—are sold. Her role ensures that those facing financial hardship have a sustainable way to earn income and regain stability.

    Stephanie’s commitment to making a difference extends to several other charitable organizations she works with presently and in the past, including Special Olympics BC, All Are Family Outreach and numerous small animal charities. Stephanie’s dedication to philanthropy is driven by her belief that every individual deserves support, dignity, and opportunity. Whether through hands-on involvement, fundraising, or strategic organization, she works tirelessly to create meaningful change in her community.
